Privacy notice

This notice explains how Synesis Advisory ("Synesis", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website and through client enquiries. It is written in plain terms and is not legal advice.

Who we are

Synesis Advisory is a founder-led consultancy based in London, working with organisations across the UK and Europe. You can contact us at info@synesisadvisory.co.uk.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to share with us. When you use the contact form on this site, the form prepares an email in your own email client — your details are only transmitted to us if you press send. When you email us directly, we receive the information you include in that message (typically your name, email address, organisation and the content of your enquiry).

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential engagement, and — where relevant — to maintain a professional relationship with you or your organisation. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal bases

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing client relationships, and — where applicable — on the performance of a contract with your organisation.

Retention

We retain enquiry and client correspondence for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes above, or as required by professional and legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise it.

Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use trusted service providers (for example, email, hosting or backend infrastructure) that process information on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, please email info@synesisadvisory.co.uk.

Cookies

This website uses only what is necessary to operate. It does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
